1. Inspection Purpose: Classify the raw materials to let IQC inspect them conveniently.

2. Application Range: All incoming materials.

3. Responsible Person: IQC from Quality Dept.

4. Carried Out by: Quality Dept.

5. All Materials are classified by:

 5.1 A Class: Adhesive tape, accessories, electronic components, PCB, hardware

 5.2 B Class: Plastic, plastic mirror, package manual, subcontract.

 5.3 C Class: Luminous film, COB, LCD, capacitors.

6. All classified raw materials list as bellow:

 6.1 A class:

Adhesive tape,quartz,resistance,inductance,inside cover,press plate,Gasket,double-sided adhesive,battery,a buzzer,spring,Lamp seed,wire,film recorder,meson,rope,rope buttons,screw,switch,diodes,transistor,PCB,keyring.

 6.2 B Class:

  All kinds of housing, keybutton, plastic film, cardboard blister, paper carton, manual, name card, etc.

 6.3 C Class:

   LCD, Luminous film, capacitors, COB.

7. Material Inspection Content &Tools:

 7. 1 A Class:

   Inspection Content: specification, parameter, material.

   Tool: Visual test, caliper, tape, precision instrument and multimeter.

 7.2 B Class:

   InspectionContent:Spec,material,noscrape,deformation,fur,color shading,injectionuniform,silkprint,bottom housings to be matched up well,etc.

   Tool: Visual test, caliper, tape.

 7.3 C Class:

   7.3.1 LCD

   Inspection Content: Displays the word scratch clearly, no color shading, no missing scratches.

   Tool: Testing board.

   7.3.2 Luminous film

   Inspection Content: No color shading, scrape

   Tool: Visual test

   7.3.3 Capacitance

   Inspection Content: No leakage

   Tool: Multimeter(sampling inspection, 10pcs/batch)

   7.3.4 COB

   Inspection Content: A fully functional feature, no missing scratches, high current

   Tool: Testing board

 7.3 C Class:

 7.3.1 LCD

   Inspection Content: Displays the word scratch clearly,no color shading,no missing scratches.

   Tool: Testing board.

 7.3.2 Luminous film

   Inspection Content: No color shading,no scratches 

   Tool: Visual test

 7.3.3 Capacitance 

   Inspection Content: No leakage

   Tool: Multimeter(sampling inspection, 10pcs/batch)

 7.3.4 COB

   Inspection Content: A fully functional feature, no missing scratches, high current

   Tool: Testing board

8.Inspection Requirement:Inspect several samples accord to GB2828 standard,all produces needed to be fully inspected or rejected if the total defect rate is over 5%.
